The Basic Process of Alumina/Corundum Crucible:Our factory employs the pouring method for producing alumina crucibles ranging from 50KG to 1000KG. Neutral refractory corundum mullite is the main material used. The process involves opening the mold, mixing aggregate and fine powder, pouring the slurry into the mold, vibrating and compacting, removing the molds, air-drying, and firing in the kiln. Smaller cup-shaped crucibles are typically formed through machine stamping.
