Fire Assay Magnesia Cupels
Qingdao Decent Labtech offers high-quality fire assay magnesia cupels for the separation of precious metals from lead buckles. With a smooth surface, high strength, and resistance to cracking, our shallow and porous crucibles ensure reliable results in the Pb-Fire assay process.
Qingdao Decent Labtech is dedicated to manufacturing high-quality fire assay cupels with a magnesia content of up to 96%. As the crucial second step in the fire assay process, cupellation demands top-notch cupels, and we aim to deliver a comprehensive range that combines premium quality with competitive pricing.
DECENT magnesia cupels are crafted using superior raw materials and a unique formula. With its composition featuring 96% magnesium oxide and special flux, our cupel exhibits remarkable lead oxide absorption compared to ordinary bone ash cupels. This results in exceptional mechanical strength and uniform quality.
During cupellation, DECENT magnesia cupels effectively prevent lead splashing and swiftly absorb large quantities of lead oxide. Furthermore, they exhibit excellent resistance to cracking and pitting. Once the cupellation process is complete, the gold-silver particles in the cupel can be easily extracted.
DECENT notable advantage of our magnesia cupels is their extended shelf life without compromising quality. They do not require pre-drying for initial use and consistently maintain low losses of gold, silver, and precious metals. Additionally, we conduct regular sample testing of our fire assay cupels in our own laboratory, ensuring our customers always receive superior products.
